The filter wind speed of most air bag bag filter is between 0.6 and 13/m, the filter wind speed of the pulse bag filter is about 1.2 to 2m/s, and the filter wind speed of the glass fiber bag filter is about 0.5 ~ 0.8m/s.

There are many kinds of bag dust remover, so the selection and calculation are particularly important. Improper selection of equipment, such as too large equipment, will cause unnecessary flow fee; the selection of equipment will affect production, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of environmental protection.

Generally speaking, the basic technical parameters of the flue gas should be known before calculation, such as the flow, property, concentration of the dust and the dispersion, wettability and viscosity of the dust. After knowing these parameters, we can choose the category of the dust removal equipment by calculating the filtration speed, the filter area, the filter material and the resistance of the equipment.

When the temperature of the flue gas rises to the set value, it automatically sprinkles water, alarm and notify the machine control room, switch to the bypass when necessary, close the deduster import and export baffle valve, and even consider the stop of the furnace.

Pre removing ash of the bag filter: in order to avoid the blockage of the smoke detection bag when the unit starts and low load steady combustion, before the bag filter is put into use, the old filter bag is not clear, the dust layer is guaranteed, and the new filter bag should be pretreated with ash.
